About the Job

We're establishing an in-house Business Central Center of Excellence to drive technical independence and scalable ERP solutions across APAC. This role leads all technical development, customization, and integration work for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central rollout, starting with migrating an Australian manufacturing entity from SYSPRO. You'll build upgrade-safe extensions, manage full development lifecycles, and create the technical foundation for our multi-entity BC implementation. This is not a support or configuration role—if you haven't developed AL extensions end-to-end in production environments, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AL extensions, codeunits, pages, reports, and queries following upgrade-safe best practices

• Configure and maintain DEV/TEST/PROD environments, build CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, and manage Git source control
