Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer specializing in Customer Engagement (CRM) to design, develop, and customize solutions that support business processes. This role is responsible for building plugins, workflows, integrations, and customizations within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement custom plugins, workflows, and extensions using C#/.NET for Dynamics 365.
Customize entities, forms, views, business rules, and model-driven apps within Dynamics 365 CE.
Build client-side logic using JavaScript / TypeScript for UI customizations and automation.
Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using REST APIs, OData, Azure Functions, Service Bus, or Logic Apps.
Perform data migration using tools such as KingswaySoft, SSIS, Data Import Wizard, or custom ETL scripts.
Create or enhance Power Automate flows and Power Apps as part of CRM solutions.
