8+ years of technical experience in Dynamics 365 CRM
Experience in Service Module
Experience in power platform related technology like power automate, canvas app etc
Integration experience with external system
SSIS Understanding
Good communication skills
Technically strong to apply their mind in providing technical solutions
Work independently to help the customer to extract value from the Dynamics platform
