Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant
to support implementation, customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Dynamics 365 configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize
  Microsoft Dynamics 365
  modules (CRM / ERP)
• Gather and analyze business requirements and provide solution designs
• Customize workflows, business rules, forms, and reports
• Configure security roles and user access
• Support data migration and system integrations
• Provide functional and technical support to end users
• Prepare functional documentation and training material
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
