Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM | 5500

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Implement workflows, plugins, business rules, and custom modules.
• Perform system integrations with third-party applications.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and deployments.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and support.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture and customization.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps is an advantage).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web API.
• Experience with SQL Server and database concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
