REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience (Customer Engagement).
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Experience customizing and extending Dynamics 365 using plugins, workflows, and JavaScript.
• Solid experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST APIs, Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 ALM and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git-based workflows).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 configuration and customization (entities, forms, views, business rules, security roles).
