Your Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements, with a strong focus on the Marketing Module.
  
• Design, develop, and manage marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and lead scoring models within Dynamics 365.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between CRM and other enterprise applications.
