Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) SR Developer

• Assume end-to-end ownership of our Dynamics 365 CRM landscape, encompassing design, development, governance, and integration. You will spearhead solution architecture in the absence of a dedicated CRM architect, craft high-impact Sales and Customer Service customizations, and ensure seamless data flow between CRM, eCommerce, and ERP systems.
• Full-time,WFH within the Philippines, mid-shift/US-overlap schedule, 13th-month pay, HMO (employee) and company-provided WFH equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Governance – Translate sales, service, and marketing requirements into robust functional and technical designs; define the CRM roadmap and architectural guardrails.
• D3365 CRM - Work with different stakeholders to support Marketing requirements and development (i.e. Email, Campaign, Sites Integration)
