• Custom entity and workflow configuration
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Custom plugins and extensions (.NET / C#)
• API integrations with third-party systems
• Data migration and system architecture
• Security roles and permissions setup
• Sales pipeline automation and reporting
• Dashboard and KPI customization
• CRM performance optimization
