Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems.

o Familiarity with the Software Development Kit (SDK) is essential for customizing and extending the platform.
o Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform's core functionalities, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules.
o .NET Development for creating custom plugins, workflows, and other extensions within the Dynamics 365 environment.
o Proven experience with Power Apps (Canvas app, Model-driven app), Power Automate, Dataverse and Power BI is important for creating low-code solutions and extending Dynamics 365 capabilities.
o Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate tasks and integrate systems.
