About The Role

We are seeking a hands‑on Technology Consultant with strong experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / Contact Centre solutions), Power Platform, and Azure DevOps to join a fast‑paced agile delivery team.

In this role, you will work closely with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to design, build, deploy, and continuously improve enterprise‑grade solutions supporting contact centre and customer engagement capabilities.

You will combine strong technical development skills with solution design capability and stakeholder engagement, contributing to both delivery and ongoing optimisation of platform capabilities.
