Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Quality Engineer to design and execute testing strategies for the upgrade and cloud migration project. The candidate should have a deep understanding of Dynamics CRM testing, including UI, functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts for Dynamics 365 v9.1.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing post-upgrade.
• Validate customizations, workflows, and plugins post-migration.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and project teams to ensure quality.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–8 years of QA/testing experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience in testing Dynamics 365 upgrades and cloud migrations.
