Summary

We are looking for a Solution Consultant to bridge business needs and technical implementation within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and the Power Platform. This role requires strong architectural design skills and the ability to make key platform decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Strategy: Translate complex business requirements into high-level D365 solutions. Determine the optimal automation strategy: Configuration, Power Automate, Custom Plugin, or Integration.

Platform Governance: Design and govern the Dataverse schema, entities, and relationships to ensure data integrity and system scalability.

Technical Implementation: Implement advanced low-code customizations (Power Apps, Power Automate) and manage technical backlogs.
