Responsibilities
Build and enhance complex Microsoft Dynamics components across multiple workflow areas.
Develop API integrations and connect Dynamics to internal systems and AI agents.
Implement and configure Microsoft Copilot within Dynamics.
Establish automated testing frameworks, preferably using Playwright.
Create new workflows for teams such as Data, VIN Filing, and Filing Management.
Provide structured and in‑the‑moment training to internal developers, accounting for approximately 25% of the role.
