Microsoft Dynamics GP Manufacturing Support Consultant

The Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) Manufacturing Support Consultant provides day-to-day functional support for manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain operations within the Dynamics GP environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting issues, assisting end users, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring smooth execution of production and inventory processes across manufacturing workflows and integrated order management tools (including SalesPad).

Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Issue Resolution

• Provide daily functional support for Dynamics GP Manufacturing modules, including MRP, BOMs, Manufacturing Orders, and Production Scheduling.
• Troubleshoot user issues related to manufacturing transactions, item setup, inventory discrepancies, units of measure, and costing-related concerns.
