Job Description

Role:  Microsoft Systems Engineer 
Location:  Cape Town - Century City 
Salary:  Negotiable 
Main duties and responsibilities  
Resolving all escalations from Tier 2 support 
Implement changes and projects such as version upgrades and migrations 
Perform proactive optimization and implementation best practice 
Document processes and procedures to increase repeatable quality and automation 
Develop relationships and communication throughout the company and with customers 
Conduct implementation of Hardware and Software projects based on Wintel and Virtualization platforms 
Essential skills and experience  
Minimum 5 years overall experience in IT MSP/Shared Services Environment 
Advanced experience with Windows 2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019/ 2022
