**Overview**

We are seeking a **Microsoft Federal Deal and Contract Assist (DCA), Contract Specialist** who will play a critical role in supporting Microsoft's Federal Unified business in its mission of enabling US Federal Government customers to leverage Microsoft technology and services. In this role, the Microsoft Federal Deal and Contract Assist (DCA) Contract Specialist will lead Unified deal and contract processes; including, facilitation of deal setup, contract review and drafting, approvals, and contract execution.
