Sitting within the Vendor Alliances department at Softcat, the Microsoft Product and Services Team are a group of subject matter experts, aligned to Softcat's technology proposition areas. The team is a customer-facing, technology focused resource available for our Microsoft Specialists and our Account Teams. The Product and Services Specialists are responsible for identifying technology trends, aligning associated Microsoft solutions to them and helping others at Softcat explain these to their customers.
