Mid-Level Supervisor | $32–$40/hr | Northern California | Full-Time CCBS is a clinician-owned ABA agency serving children with developmental differences across Northern California. We take a modern ABA approach using naturalistic teaching, person-centered care, and neurodiversity-affirming practices. The mid-level supervisor role is designed for master's students and recent graduates on the path to BCBA certification. You'll carry real clinical responsibility while building the supervised hours and hands-on experience that prepare you for the exam and for independent practice.What the role involves
