MID LEVEL CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST (DATA & ANALYTICS) - 33467

Key Responsibilities: 

• Set up and run the Databricks based infrastructure to make the data and environment available to the teams.
• Monitor and analyze bot interactions to identify patterns, user behaviors, and areas for improvement.
• Define and track KPIs such as response accuracy, user satisfaction, engagement rates, fallback rates, and resolution times.
• Collaborate with AI developers and product teams to provide actionable insights that enhance bot performance.
• Segment users and conversations to understand different user journeys and optimize personalization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
