Job Description
Become a vital part of Marsh as a Mid-Level IT Product Support Specialist in a hybrid role. This position focuses on Level 2 support, database management, and application troubleshooting.
Located in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Saskatoon, or Regina, this full-time position requires presence in the office at least three days a week. You will engage with stakeholders to triage support tickets, analyze application issues, and communicate updates on high-priority incidents. Develop your skills in a collaborative environment while maintaining robust system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 2 support for application and database issues
• Triage, coordinate, and clarify support tickets efficiently
