Responsibilities

Undertake part of the business responsibilities within a single module or execute specific project tasks within the module, and independently carry out routine work. Ensure the quality and timeliness of work outcomes or project execution related to certain business activities within the module.

• Be responsible for PO lifecycle management, including creating, changing, and canceling POs, inspecting returned items, creating foreign trade contracts, and managing overdue/long-overdue POs, delivery projects, and planning collaboration.
• Be responsible for handling supplier prepayment applications, payment deductions, claims against suppliers (based on Indemnity Agreement to client), claims against client (based on Indemnity Agreement to Supplier), and other related activities.
