Mid-Level Video Editor

What You'll Do
* Edit high-quality content for YouTube and social platforms
* Apply modern editing techniques (jump cuts, zooms, transitions, cutaways)
* Handle color correction, audio optimization, and sound design
* Source and integrate B-roll when needed
* Select music with an understanding of licensing
* Collaborate with the Content Manager and creative team
* Manage files and deliver polished edits on time
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in video editing and storytelling
* Strong communication skills with near-native English
* Solid understanding of YouTube and social media best practices
* Good eye for timing, pacing, and visual aesthetics
* Comfortable with trends and internet culture
* Organized, reliable, and quality-focused
