Mid Project Manager – PMO

The Project Coordinator serves as the administrator for projects across three key phases: Analysis, Build & Test, and Project Completion.

1. Analysis Phase

Key Activities

• Develop the Project Charter
• Create the Project Plan
• Establish Project Organization (RACI)
• Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Gather and consolidate project information for inclusion in the Project Charter.
• Prepare and submit the draft Project Charter for approval.
• Engage business groups to define and document roles and responsibilities for the RACI matrix and project organization structure.
• Compile progress reports and highlight risks or ongoing issues.
• Support and coordinate planning activities across involved business groups to produce a comprehensive Project Plan and detailed WBS.
