WeirFoulds LLP is looking for a mid to senior level Corporate Associate to enhance our thriving practice. Engage in complex corporate-commercial matters and M&A transactions with regular client interaction.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of expertise in corporate commercial matters and private M&A transactions. You'll work closely with senior lawyers through the entire deal cycle, delivering meticulous, business-oriented advice to clients. Your proactive approach and strong analytical skills will help maintain client relationships and contribute to the team's success.
