Mid Web Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, maintainable software solutions.
Design and develop Ruby on Rails applications that engage and delight clients.
Collaborate closely with technical team to deploy, monitor, and optimize large-scale, cloud-hosted systems.
Partner with QA teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues efficiently.
Prepare and maintain high-quality technical documentation for both internal and client use.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving team coding standards, architecture, and workflows
REQUIREMENTS:
3 to 5 years of professional experience developing commercial software using Ruby on Rails.
Proven experience building and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs and web applications.
Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL), Linux systems, and background job processing (Sidekiq, Redis, etc.).
