Middle Data Analyst (Oriente Antioqueño)

We’re looking for a hands on Reporting & Operational Analyst to join our data product team. This role combines operational support and reporting development (50/50), helping ensure accurate data processes while building high quality reports that drive business decision making.

Responsibilities

Operational (50%)

• Maintain and execute daily, monthly, and ad‑hoc reporting processes
• Monitor batch processes and ensure data accuracy and SLA compliance
• Investigate and resolve data or reporting issues
• Support business users with day‑to‑day requests

Reporting (50%)

• Design, build, and maintain reports using best practices and testing standards
• Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements
• Analyze system or business changes impacting reports
