We are partnering with a leading trading outfit seeking a Middle Distillates Trading Analyst, the role based in Asia.

The key responsibility of the distillates analyst is to support the proprietary traders covering Atlantic Basin distillates markets (US & Europe), with a focus on ULSD, gasoil, and jet fuel fundamentals and derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor refinery activity, product balances, inventory trends, and weekly data releases across USGC, USAC, ARA, and Mediterranean markets.
• Analyse trans‑Atlantic arbitrage economics, freight impacts, and regional pricing relationships.
• Track futures and swaps structure, including cracks, time spreads, and inter‑product spreads.
• Maintain and improve pricing models, supply‑demand frameworks, and market dashboards.
