Newrest Hellas, part of the global Newrest Group, is looking for a Cook experienced in Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine to join our culinary production team in Spata, near the Athens International Airport.
This position offers the opportunity to work in an international and multicultural environment, preparing authentic dishes that reflect the rich traditions of Middle Eastern gastronomy while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Main ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes following company recipes and production guidelines.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food quality standards (HACCP).
Follow instructions from kitchen supervisors and collaborate closely with other production team members.
