Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and potential NFR opportunities. Evaluate new business models and recommend viable options for NFR expansion.
• Plan and oversee the remodeling of NFR facilities, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Own P&L of company operated convenience stores and oversee daily operations independently, drive profitability, manage working capital, optimize inventory and staffing, and deliver excellent customer experience
• Define and implement standards (visual merchandising, store layout, product display, cleanliness, service levels) to ensure all C-stores meet perfect store benchmarks.
• Conduct regular audits and use KPIs to monitor compliance. Develop action plans to close gaps.
