About the Role

We are seeking a Middle Office Operations Lead with project and stakeholder management experience to support our transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Lead and manage BAU middle office operations, ensuring daily deliverables are met with accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as an operational escalation point, resolving issues efficiently and proactively.
• Identify operational risks and drive problem‑solving initiatives to maintain service quality.

Leadership & Team Management

• Provide strong people leadership to the BAU operations team, maintaining performance and engagement during the cover period.
• Support team development and ensure processes are followed consistently.
