Middle Office - Trade Support Associate/Senior Associate

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Trade Support Associate/Senior Associate to anchor our Middle Office operations. As we scale our centralized exchange platform and OTC product offerings, we aim to strengthen the internal controls on /and support for Front Office’s activities. You will ensure that ensuring OTC structured product trades are accurately booked and settled by Front Office.

In addition, you will support Front Office on onboarding with Liquidity Providers/DEX/CEX and coordination with market data providers. This role requires a good understanding of end-to-end trade lifecycle, from onboarding to trade execution and finally, trade settlement. This is a foundational hire: you will take our existing framework and transform it into a robust, automated, and scalable operational workflow.
