RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate design ideas and research findings effectively
• Compile research data to create a meaningful value proposition for clients and users
• Identify improvement areas and new opportunities to enhance business offerings
• Participate in the structural design of digital products or services
• Engage in collaborative co-design activities

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in UX design
• Proficiency in usability principles and information architecture
• Strong background in user-centered design and behavioral patterns
• Competency in effectively communicating ideas and presenting to stakeholders
• Knowledge of research methodologies and skilled in compiling findings
• Collaborative spirit and experience with co-design activities

NICE TO HAVE

• Advanced training or certification in UX design methodologies
