Middleware Architect

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance requirements, while contributing to the IT strategy by leveraging the ESB platform to meet business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of integration architects and developers, designing and managing API-led connectivity architecture for scalable, reusable integration patterns, while overseeing the end-to-end design, development, implementation, and documentation of integration solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance the ESB platform's capabilities, while ensuring optimal performance and resolving scalability and performance issues.
• Implement security policies such as OAuth, API security, and encryption, and drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for integration development and deployment.
