Job Description

Mission

: Plan, coordinate, and execute midlife rebuild and overhaul programs for underground mining equipment, ensuring:


  • Extended equipment lifecycle




  • Optimized total cost of ownership (TCO)




  • High reliability and availability




  • Alignment with customer production schedules




  • Strict safety and quality compliance


    • The Senior Midlife Coordinator ensures that rebuild programs are technically sound, financially controlled, and operationally executable.


  • Develop detailed midlife rebuild plans based on equipment hours, condition assessments, OEM recommendations, and operational requirements.




  • Define scope of work for major overhauls of loaders, trucks, drills, and bolters.




  • Ensure rebuild execution is completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.
