MIG Welder

Location: Ashford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm

We are recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing company outside of Ashford. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for a skilled welder looking to secure a long-term position with a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out MIG welding in both production and bench welding environments
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
Produce high-quality work in line with company and customer standards
Conduct quality checks on completed work
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
Support other areas of the business as requiredSkills & Experience Required:

Minimum of 2 years' MIG production welding experience
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
