Role Objective At Solvo Global, we are seeking Migration Associates with excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) to join a dynamic and innovative team focused on enhancing implementation processes for our clients. Your key mission is to support the migration of data from legacy systems to our partner client's platform, isolved, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and a seamless transition.

Main Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and convert data from various platforms to the isolved system.

• Participate in data analysis during acquisitions and transitions.

• Escalate issues following established procedures.

• Perform detailed reviews to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Create profiles and clients on the platform based on migration tickets.

• Ensure efficient workflow between teams during transfers.

• Maintain high compliance levels through thorough reviews.
