Migration Engineer

We are looking for an Associate Office 365 Migration Engineer to support the planning, execution, and management of migrations from on-premises environments (such as Exchange Server, Active Directory, and file shares) to Microsoft Office 365 / Microsoft 365.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting migration activities, good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, and strong troubleshooting skills. This role involves working closely with senior engineers and IT teams to ensure smooth migration execution and post-migration support.

Migration Support & Planning
Assist in assessing the current on-premises environment (Exchange, Active Directory, file servers) to understand migration scope and requirements
Support in preparing migration plans, timelines, and documentation
Assist in implementing directory synchronization and identity management using Azure AD Connect
