Overview

We are looking for a Microbiologist for the next 12 months at Jotun A/S, Sandefjord, Norway. Work language is English. The position is temporary (12 months) and located in our brand new state-of-the-art International headquarter in Sandefjord.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Evaluate efficacy of biocides for film- and wet-state preservation
• Field testing of products containing dry-film preservatives
• Design, execute and report experimental work in the laboratory
• Assist in regulatory matters concerning biological aspects of products
• Contribute technically in cross-functional operations with other internal segments

Qualifications

• The right person should enjoy laboratory work and preferably have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in microbiology, biology, biotechnology or similar fields
