Mill Compliance Engineer

JOB SCOPE:

1. Process and Production Management

• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee production processes, address quality issues, and assist in steam plant and wastewater treatment operations.

2. Maintenance and Equipment Oversight

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and policies.
• Supervise workshop staff, contractors, and ensure proper functioning of all mechanical and electrical equipment.

3. Inventory and Laboratory Operations

• Manage inventory levels, engineering stores, and ensure stock availability.
• Conduct and oversee product quality tests, equipment calibration, and maintain lab standards.

4. Environmental and Safety Compliance
