Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Mill Management in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the palm oil mill, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Proactive in process improvement, finding solutions and cost saving activities.
• Monitor and analyze mill performance data, including throughput, energy consumption, and product quality, and provide recommendations for process optimization.
• Conduct routine inspections of mill equipment and machinery, identify any issues or potential problems, and report them to the Management.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum equipment availability.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mill efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.
