Mill Engineer

This position will be based at any Palm Oil Mill (POM) across Sarawak, subject to managements decision. Therefore, priority will be given to candidates who are flexible and open to relocation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Supporting Mill Manager)

1. Mill Management and Administration
- Daily operational coordination
- Labour Management
- Administration and Documentation

2. Mill Planning and Strategy
- Verifying Forecasting milling production, profit, revenue and cost of production
- Formulate workers planning
- Verify maintenance plan and schedule
- Resource allocation

3. Mill Operational & Project Development
- Reinvestment
- System modernization
- Infrastructure development
- Talent development (Upskilling and reskilling)

4. Performance and Revenue Generation
