Mill Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• To assist the Mill Manager for Palm Oil Mill overall operation including management, planning, controlling and production to ensure optimal function with high productivity
• To lead a team of Palm oil Mill personnel to achieve company goals and targets.
• To lead palm oil mill's maintenance by planning, scheduling, implementing, reviewing and improving maintenance program.
• To enforce and improve safety within mill to comply with local Authority and company regulations.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical/Marine/Chemical or related fields
• At least 2 years working experience in Palm Oil Mill
• Those with minimum a second-grade steam Engineer certificate will be an added advantage.
• Possess leadership, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Able to write & communicate effectively in English
