Mill Engineer

Job Purpose:

Supporting the Mill Manager for the following: -

• Mill Planning and Strategy
• Mill Operational & Project Development
• Mill Performance Optimization and Revenue Generation
• Mill Sustainability Safety and Regulatory Compliance
• Mill Labor Management, Production Oversight and Workforce Performance

Key Accountabilities:

Mill Management and Administration:

• Daily operational coordination
• Labour Management
• Administration and Documentation

Mill Planning and Strategy:

• Verifying Forecasting milling production, profit, revenue and cost of production
• Formulate workers planning
• Verify maintenance plan and schedule
• Resource allocation

Mill Operational & Project Development:

• Reinvestment
• System modernization
• Infrastructure development
• Talent development (Upskilling and reskilling) ...
