Turner Staffing Group is partnered with a mining company in Kearny, Arizona that is seeking an experienced Mill Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance team. This position is responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on processing plant and mill equipment to ensure reliable and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:


+ Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on mill and processing plant equipment

+ Maintain and repair equipment such as crushers, conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, screens, and other processing equipment

+ Inspect equipment to identify wear, damage, or potential failures and make necessary repairs

+ Assist with installation, alignment, and replacement of mill components and machinery

+ Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication work as needed
