Aim of the job:

• To manage mill operation.

Main responsibilities and activities:

• To plan, organize and control the maintenance of plant and equipment and significantly improve the plant performance
• Responsible for the deliverance of mills KPI
• Manage and coordinate of oil mill construction and engineering projects
• Develop and maintain motivated workforce and engineers for sustainable mill operations
• To review and monitor safety measures are practiced in the mill
• To ensure all authorities regulations are adhered

Requirements: Basic education and training:

• Minimum degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
