Millimeter wave/Sub-THz IC/MMIC/RFIC Designer/Researcher (Waterloo)

We are looking for a highly motivated experienced MMIC/RFIC researcher/designer responsible for research and development of complex and challenging sub-THz integrated circuits and systems on silicon at frequency range 10-300GHz.

The successful candidates must have hands-on experience in research and development of the millimeter wave active and passive circuit blocks such as LNA, PA, VGA, Phase shifter, VCO, Mixer, frequency multiplier and divider, Switch, power divider, couplers, high Q passive components, balun, transformer in silicon-based BiCMOS and CMOS technologies.

Mixed Signal design experience (DAC, ADC, Frequency Synthesizer, AGC) is an asset.
