Milling Assistant Supervisor

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Computer literate (esp. MS Office).
• Proven experience as a Process or Production Engineer, with strong background in manpower management.
• Experience in a rubber manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Willing torender overtime when necessary.
• Willing to be trained in handling heavy machinery/equipment, and chemicals.
• Knowledgeable in root-cause analysis, its implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Knowledgeable in Production Planning.
• Can multi-task effectively.
• Can work with minimal supervision but communicates any concerns as necessary.
