Millwork Designer & Fabricator
Entry Level to Experienced
Location: South End, Charlotte, NC.
Pay: $15 to $35 per hour, depending on experience, skill level, and long-term potential.

Construction Theory is looking for a creative, hands-on Millwork Designer & Fabricator to join our custom shop in South End, Charlotte.
This position can be a great fit for someone who is just getting into the industry and wants to learn, or for an experienced millwork professional who can step in and help design, build, and fabricate high-end custom work.
Our projects range from small custom millwork pieces to full, complex custom builds. We work with a wide variety of materials including wood, metal, glass, leather, acrylics, and other specialty finishes. This is not repetitive production work. We build unique pieces for c...
