Job Title: Millwright - Nelspruit

The role will be based in Nelspruit and reports to the Maintenance Manager.

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for ensuring that Plant Maintenance is done effectively and accurately in such a way to ensure the minimum downtime.

Minimum Requirements N4 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering plus trade test Minimum 5-10 years production line or FMCG maintenance experience PLC/VSD Drives experience. Knowledge in mixers, dividers, proofers and conveyor systems, oven burners and bakery equipment Ability to communicate on all levels. Ability to work systematically. Ability to prioritise workload. Report writing and analysis. Maintenance systems like 5 why, fishbones, etc Mentoring apprentices. Must be able to work shifts and be available on callouts and standby if required.
